Business Setup Assistance

  • Creation of the ultimate beneficial owner(s) register.

FATCA/CRS:

  • Analysis to determine the status of the entity;

  • Completion and/or review of US forms (W8/9) and/or CRS self-certifications;

  • FATCA/CRS reporting.

DAC 6/DAC 7:

  • Assistance in identifying reportable arrangements including liaison with legal advisors;

Our Directorship Services

Trust Bay offers highly experienced, qualified and independent Luxembourg-resident managers/directors catering for our clients' specific needs. It is important to note that global authorities are becoming ever more stringent on substance requirements and can challenge arrangements where managers/directors appointed to act on behalf of entities are not in the possession of the necessary expertise to do so.

Should we not be in a position to satisfy the knowledge and experience requirements demanded by the role in question through our own staff, we are also able to make arrangements for recommending other industry experts to act. Real Estate Activities

TrustBay is authorized to accompany its clients in a variety of real estate projects, including property development and management, as well as the running of a real estate agency.

Accounting

  • Performing accounting entries in accordance with Luxembourg general accounting principles and provisions ("LuxGAAP") and/or International Financial Reporting Standards as adopted by the European Union ("IFRS").

  • Preparation of the annual accounts in accordance with LuxGAAP and related filing with the Luxembourg business register.

  • Preparation of the financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

  • Preparation of consolidated annual accounts under LuxGAAP and/or IFRS and related periodic reporting.

  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports, including budgets and forecasts.

  • Monitoring of bank accounts, as well as the preparation, review and the follow up of payment instructions and related treasury tasks.

Direct Tax Compliance

  • Preparation and filing of the corporate income tax returns (CIT), municipal business tax returns (MBT) and net wealth tax returns (NWT).

  • Review and analysis of tax statements and assessments.

Indirect Tax Compliance
