Luca has over 15 years of experience in the in the fields of private equity, private wealth and private debt. He has held mandates in various entities including SPVs, SPFS and SPACs, wherein he takes an active interest in the direction of the companies.

Following more than a decade working in the financial services industry with several industry-leading service providers in various roles ranging from accounting and tax advisory, to corporate administration, Luca joined Trust Bay as Managing Director in 2021.

At TrustBay, Luca focuses on assisting clients in both their strategic and everyday needs adding value in the process by bringing his skills and experience to the service of the clients.

Luca is a chartered accountant (FCCA) and certified public accountant (CPA).

Yuliya has 15 years of experience in both legal advice and corporate services of both regulated and unregulated entities. She started her professional career in 2008 as jurist within Arendt & Medernach law firm. In 2011, she moved to corporate services focusing on private wealth and private equity clients. She continued to work in the field of expertise with two well established corporate service providers before embarking on an independent journey and setting up Trust Bay in 2019.
Yuliya has wide range of experience in private wealth, private equity and real estate for which she acts as manager/director on the boards of Luxembourg based entities. Over the past 12 years, she has developed her experience in the administration and management of holding and financing vehicles and family wealth management companies.
At TrustBay, Yuliya's particular focus is to assist her extensive network of private clients located in Luxembourg and internationally, including in the US, UK, EU, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE, CIS countries and countries of Latin America. Her international exposure has allowed her to gain an in-depth knowledge of applicable frameworks, standards and particularities, as well as business and cultural ethics.
Yuliya is a specialist in setting-up, day-to-day management, structuring and liquidation processes of corporate private wealth structures and entities. She is also an expert in corporate governance, business permits, real estate and promotion activity areas, as well as immigration regulations.

Yuliya graduated with a Master in European and International Law in the University of Nanterre Paris X and licensed with Real Estate Administration and Promotion license from Chamber of Commerce of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and with Bar Certificate (CCDL).
